Hey Riley... How come this material event was not publicly released via acceptable information distribution channels??

Like I said, you have access to information that others don't through these private conversations.

While that is not necessarily illegal, I know the SEC certainly frowns on this kind of information finding its way into print.

I would advise you to limit your info distribution to non-written medium, like the telephone (make sure your not being recorded though)
