Dear H,

I wish I knew more about the disposition of the bankruptcy. I guess I could phone someone & quizz them, but we'll soon see what unfolds. I do know they will look at Toybiz's viability ie they might go bankrupt themselves. I would like to know what Icahn has in mind for his buyout. Bottom line, Marvel will survive in some form, and with just better mgnt, they will begin to sieze control of their many opportunities.
