It is unfortunate how this thread periodically takes off on a binge of insults and trash talking. However, I believe that the value of any investor forum is to hear divergent opinions and share ideas. I do not subscribe the the theory of trying to manipulate a stock price through discussion and certainly not through insults and trash talking.

From the many email communications I have received there are certainly a number of people that want to receive and discuss information.

I have a question for the group. Given the state of the AGTI balance sheet as of the third quarter (fourth quarter should be any day now), why and how would a bank provide debt financing? Where is the collateral? If this is venture capital financing, what do you suppose the dilution factor will be to current shareholders?

Also, nobody commented on the fact that Sonic bingo will have a very large competitor in Multimedia Games (MGAM). Before anyone asks, I do not have any financial interest in MGAM. I do not represent them in any fashion; however, I know the CEO and have followed the company for some time. The MegaMania game has been very successful and is well entrenched in Native American Bingo facilities across the USA. MGAM's biggest market is in Oklahoma, where they have had some trouble with the US Attorney for the Northern District. Also Worldlink, based in OK, has its Rocket Bingo game in several locations. GameTech delayed the introduction of its game until the legal issues surrounding this type product are cleared up. The Justice dept. has taken the stance that this is a Class III game, as opposed to a Class II game. Class III games require a compact with the state in which the Class III facility is located. At present, I am not aware of any state that would allow these type games (MegaMania, Rocket, or Sonic Bingo)to be played in charity bingo.

I believe that the above are legitimate areas of discussion for those that wish to truly utilize the power of a forum such as SI.
