kaufman bros. reitierates buy/buy rating on psix with 12 mos. target of 18. says recent european takeovers (i posted those yesterday) make the case for evaluating psix as takeover target in 16-19 range...cites strengthening balance sheet, move into IP telephony, fiber optics coming online etc.
