Thanks for the info NJG...
I'd like to introduce myself. Tazmo from Detroit. I have been reading the posts on this thread for about a year, ever since I first got into
CREAF. CREAF is one of my "Dirty Dozen" stocks that I have experimented with over the past 18 months or so, learning to become an "emotionless" day-week-monthtrader. I've played with this issue since the single digits and it was the first stock where I ever used margin, back in December. 1000 sh @ $22, doubled up with another 1K @ $20, 2K more @ $18. It was a memorable X-Mas, but I was having trouble sitting for long periods due to the puckering up of my "brain," but when CREAF rebounded to $22, I no longer heard that giant sucking sound. Then at 16 and change, I learned about relegion and how to lie to the wife! That little red guy on my left shoulder won and I shot the wadd and doubled up with 4K more at $16.50. I knew retiring at 41 would be fun! Since I'm disabled, now mentally as well as physically with MS, I could "enjoy" my new hobby of "Russian Roulette" all day long. I watched my portfolio, "slightly" overweighted with CREAF go from $250K all the way "up" to $150K in a few weeks with my newly discovered wealth of $100K on margin. Thanks to all my new buds here - Jon, Aloha Mike, BAZOOKA (da man), Vanni, Chip, and all others that kept me coming back and supplying me with ammunition. The good news is that I also went with 2500 shares in my IRA, right next to my newly doubled position of OXHP! I just learned that there's another side to a transaction, and sold my first 1K chunk of CREAF today at $24.50. Thank god I'm an athiest, or I'd probably be at church putting a few bucks in the basket instead of the scotch tape on the fingers maneuver! Well, to make a long story longer, I just wanted to say "hiya" and share my out of mind experience with y'all. Sitting on a total of 9500 shares of CREAF, with newly hardened BenWa balls in my britches and an itchy trigger finger. Someone tell me to hold on a bit longer again...
