Okay, here's the probable press release, in my opinion:

"As we stated during our last conference call and in the subsequent press release, we expected to produce small quantities of batteries and send them to OEMs in Q1, ending 3/31, and to commence ramp up of commercial production in Q2, ending 6/30. We have completed the first initial small quantities of battery shipments to prospective OEMs this (3/31) quarter and we still expect to attain the q2 initial commercial ramp up schedule in Q2."

I'm personally not betting on anything more until (when and if) they announce commercial ramp up in Q2, which will probably be accompanied by an announcement of initial OEM customer contracts.
And frankly, if that happens, the stock will do just fine after that
(assuming they can meet the production contract quantities).
