Read my previous post to you, all is there.
As for us shareholders,in the market there is no strong support for inferred resource although GBU is working on upgrade of this to proven and probable category this may have a hard time to be reflected in the share price of new PVO. Cash is king but unfortunately on internal level deal of this sort must include what usually in market like ours right now is being discharged, future estimated price of producing property, that is why you see this ratio being on GBU side, but not much again due to market conditions. PVO will come out diluted but at least with something they can drill resource out of and this is a big plus.
It is worth noting that Teck has invested in GBU and had a first right of refusal on potential interest in part or all of GBU. If this being also transplanted to new PVO we have a silent partner which would make this project feasible and more valued in market's opinion.
