I believe that PVO finally made good use of their cash. As posted by Robert, GBU has some significant gold reserves. What PVO had already announced a while ago was that they were looking for good assets whose values were depressed due to unusually depressed gold market. It seems they have found one. The other thing is that the last trading day Thonpson-Kernagen was doing a lot of buying. If they were buying for Bradstone as someone mentioned on this thread, then Bradstone who owns 20% of PVO must have given their approval for this acquisition, and they were even buying more to make even bigger returns for this investment. If the stock does not shoot up tomorrow, it will when the gold market bounces back.
