The point the litigators and the Press miss abour Bre-X is the deepest pockets and the MOST responsible are Kilborn, SNC Lavalin for their botched test assay work, that was highly negligent and Normet the Aussie firm that did work on the samples and could not have missed the foreign nature of the gold that would be laughably obvious even to the untrained eye.
