Mr. Vanderlee, my take on your message was exactly the same as
Geoge's re capital. If I read you correctly, it appears that
BCB is preparing for another major dilution of shares. Can you
confirm this, and if so, give us a ball park of how much? (For
example, is George's estimation of 15 million shares in the ball
park?) I can accept the reality of the requirement for more cash
in a young company, but a dilution will depress the share value.
If this is happening, we would just like to have a feel for its
magnitude.
