These Ideas of Matt's seem rather sound to me, and thread members
can expect value will be put into the shares almost immediately on
the merger news. We saw evidence of that when the day traders
appeared last time. The real proof that they can do it is being
polished up now. After words, It must be demonstrated. Then..

It seems to harmonize with Milk's reasonable opinion, that excitement
is only that, and can't be expected to support the price of a stock
on it's own. Real factors will be expressing themselves soon, but
not before their time. Those times will always seem a long way off,
waiting for news is difficult when you've already put your money
down. That is definitely what is happening today.

However:

The last lines in Jack Arnold's commentary offer a really good bonus
I have been expecting to see. His last line hold a very important
thought from Wayne's work today:
Message 3851340
"Also, the growth potential of WOTD looks to be great.
"Thanks again to everyone for bearing with us in this process."

from Jack Arnold

FOR THE LONG TERM:
The wording of the agreement must be very careful, and I am sure
the main thrust of it will be "to maximize this growth potential".
so, more or less, they will be providing the "carbon copy system"
that will be used as WOTD continues to expand, (by necessity quite
rapidly.) and WOTD will operate "on a tier" above the Mom and Pops.

An idea that I expressed before was, "I didn't expect WOTD to get
"stuck, or slowed down" by having to acquire ownership of the
cinder blocks housing these geographically fixed Mom and Pops.
And will be designed for progressively quicker acquisition
capability being much removed from the geographical restrictions
that the "separate Mom and Pops" naturally must experience.
There should be much harmony from the differences of the two
and great long term benefit to the shareholder.

I will be very relieved when this process is finished as I have given
up far more of my life then I had anticipated.

from Jack Arnold

Well done, Jack. You have carried this little shell
to thinking individuals. Probably even put the idea
into their minds.

you say, ..you are a pharmacist?? ....
