Several questions:

-From a symposium, I understood (from a WCII speaker) that WCII's P-MP would actually INCREASE the bandwidth over their P-P. Is this possible by some mechanism other than that which you have described, or must I have misunderstood?

-Isn't there a way to increase bandwidth by using a polarity shift, or is this the difference achieved (using phase shifted sine & cosine) between BPSK to QPSK?

-Are there any techniques that might allow more efficient bandwidth use than QPSK? (such as OFDM or GSPK?)

-In your comment on the need for efficient bandwidth management, what role do you see ATM and QoS techniques playing? ..especially in the instantiation of the proposed ITU-R B-ISDN network.
