Suppliers/Chips used in NMSS Alliance Boards

Got bored. Decided to to check out the suppliers and
chips used in the Alliance Generation boards.

Their DSPs are all from TXN and they use a generic x86
class cpu (from AMD??) and their own HMIC in the QUAD AGs

Six TMS320C51 at 28.5 MIPS ( for T1 AG)
One 3x86

Eight TMS320C51 at 50 MIPS (for QUAD AG)
One HMIC by NMSS
One 4x86

Is there any shortage of above DSPs by Texas Instruments??
Or is there any problem (supply or bugs) with their H.100 processor??
