Brian are you sure ????? i thought it was 18 million shares for about .25 or so , for proceeds of ?????the jcp was @.20 or so ,somone stold somthing somwhere,somhow,it ran to +4.00 before 18 miilion issued??? there is somthing fishy not...what did fay get for 4.4/1 dilution????better yet ,sharholders got what??33% come free first year ......thats soon ...not??? chico
