Matt,
We are offered $70,000,000 in shares and we have less than 10,000,000 shares outstanding. divide 10,000,000 by 70,000,000 and you get $7.00. Now being able to sell those shares for $7.00 is another question...not like getting cash, but who knows, maybe Sterling shares could be more valuable - they look like a greatly diversified company.
