Basically there are long time holders and traders. The traders got in ADOT between 15 cents and 25 cents late February and have been selling above 30 cents. It looks like the selling has dried up now. On the next news it will move up according to the news. Then we will get a sell order by the 400k shrs registered in form 144 and that will kill the rally. I am a long time investor. One day, I hope that Biomoda will have news worthy material that will make it in IBD, WSJ, Barrons or medical Journal and ADOT will go over 1.00 dollar on national coverage. That is the time to sell a portion of your holding and buy ADOT back on a pull back, that is if you believe in its long term potential.
Five years from now Biomoda is estimating revenue of 70 millions.

Assumptions OF FIVE YEARS FROM NOW:

ADOT has 10 million shares and 20% of Biomoda
Biomoda makes 40% profit margin on 70 million = 28 millions.
ADOT GET 20% OF 28 millions = 5.6 millions = 56 cents EPS.
We have not counted BB business or any other applications to this patented technology, which could add another 50 cents of EPS.
Now apply any multiplier you want and you get the potential.

Sorry RBaron, but once I got going I could not stop dreaming. If ADOT is selling shares, remember they have 25 million shares authorized, then we will know next month in the 1st qtr 1998 result. At the end of 1997 they had a little over 7 million shares.
