How did IBI acquire a billion dollar deal for a mere 3 million dollar investment? How is IBI going to finance this deal (3 million dollars / .10 cents a share = 30 million shares). I've always said that moving to a senior exchange gives a company a proper valuation. In my opinion IBI is overvalued at .10 cents and is more likely a .5 cent company. (.5 cents x 175,000,000 million shares = a market cap of 8.7 million dollars) which is more than enough for this company. That's even if they can get to the TSE which I doubt. RSVP Peter
