Here is a site for all those asking me about and/or informing me of all the money they have lost to the email gurus and what not. sec.gov Read it carefully and if you feel you have been nailed then make a complaint. Ask the SEC for a clarification and if it is a possible violation. Though most use a disclaimer sometimes the content of the e-mail is a contradiction to the disclaimer. Please understand you do have rights and protection laws against stock manipulation. Now we all know we buy into a stock and we trade it as we wish and hopefully it rises to take a profit or your initial investment back. After discovering some investors were buying and the stocks I was posting DD on fell back I decided to stop my email. There are no assurances that a company is not lying or misrepresenting the accurate information to you or an on-line investor posting DD. Some on-line investors are dout touters for reasons to get people to sell or tout shouters to sell out on you as you buy in. Please research a company before you buy and above all use common sense. Some are considered momentums, some are BTS and very very few are longs. Happy trading GaBard
