Chairman John Foster has registered to sell 305,000 shares (less than 7% of his holdings). He has a boatload of options, so I doubt this is a big deal. If we see many more insiders preparing to cash out (and cash out larger than 7% of their holdings), I'll be a little concerned. Until then, I remain confident in NOV's management and the company.
