Patrick sez: %R is not to be used to generate "SELL" signals in Bull Markets and vice versa...I forgot that. Most folks use the rally of %R to the overbot area as a shorting indicator, only to wonder what "went" wrong. Personally, I use immediately employ other indicators, Lambert's and SAR to give me the edge in taking profits when %R flashes the O/S in a rising market. Vice versa, of course.

His 20 years of TA work is the "brains/guts" behind most successful trading systems employed by the New Market Wizards amongst others. I've made money studying him, and wished I could afford more of his proprietary systems for my personal wealth and health. Tis a goal o'mine. One of his latest books on the Sequential Indicator is absolutely fascinating and one I intend to spend more time with, esp. as it seems to be so prognosicatorially accurate % wise, in the set-ups and resolution.
Timing is always the thing I'm working on. I spot a trend as well as the next "awake and alert" trader/investor. It is the when and how far that is of most interest t'me, and the killers!(grin)
G/Trading. Tis ALWAYS encouraging to speak w/another successful trader. Certainly NO jealously from this quarter! We all can learn so much when we share! There is truly "enough" for everyone, even in the markets.
