If any of you have access to the new Microsoft Investor, check out insider transactions; it's hysterical. I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft eliminated this query feature in the near future. In the past year, there are about 50 insider sales, and exactly 1 buy. Paul Allen has dumped over $2
billion of MSFT stock since 4/97.

I checked the Thompson report on Datek. Does Bill Gates really only have 11% of the shares? That must be wrong?

Generally I only see insiders selling on these reports. They want to diversify. It doesn't necessarily say anything about valuation. However, in my opinion MSFT is one of the most overvalued stocks (apart from AOL, YHOO and Amazon of course).
