Guess what?? CTIC has about $5.00 per share of CASH on hand,
yet it is selling for about $4.00 per share. See CTIC's
press release of Feb 23, 1998:

cticseattle.com

"As of December 31,1997, CTI had cash, cash equivalents, securities available-for-sale and collaboration agreement receivables totaling approximately $74.1 million, compared with approximately $31.0 million at December 31, 1996. CTI currently has approximately 15.4 million shares of common stock outstanding."

Even if they had one clinical trial which was a loser, I don't think that justifies a stock price significantly discounted from their cash on hand!
