Joe .. I tried to warn you about momentuming small floats and you did not listen ...Think about running one with lots of litigation around it. Some times common sense goes a long way on this OTC arena. How ever I do think on the listed stock you can't be beat. Period

When you buy into a stock with potential litigation and you do not have enough DD to support why you own it there will be people jumping out on you. Look at the news releases and undervalued dog. MDCE has litigation against it too. You should at least get the paperwork on the cases and review it. That to me would be the responsible thing to do before your email subscribers. DFNL is probably a fine company and good potential. But you have have had small bad picks lately.

Just think before you carelessly throw one out to your email. You have got hurt in this arena before and it was not me because I did not own them and I only have about $2k in stock unless I am long on it and accumulating it. If $2k can tank one then you picked the wrong stock with the buying power you have.

PS how are you going to feel should the "phantom lawsuit" suddenly become a reality. If you believe in the potential and willing to weather the storm then by all means make it a pick. I like undervauled dog feel MDCE is in good shape on this mater or I would not have bought more today. We both are posting information from the companies and we can only hope we are being used as sheep.
