LAKE PARK, Fla., March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Definition, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL - news) announced today that suit was filed by John Anderson and Donna Anderson against Media Concepts, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDCE - news). The suit was filed on February 27, 1998 in Riverside Superior Court, 3547 10th St., Riverside, CA, 92501. It has been assigned Case #309027. Donna Anderson states that she was, and as far as we can ascertain, still legally the President, CEO, and a Director of Media Concepts, Inc. John Anderson states that be was employed as a consultant by Media Concepts, Inc.
The suit was filed against Robert Torres, an individual; Sherrie Torres, an individual; David Garcia, an individual; Media Concepts, Inc., a Nevada corporation; Holladay Stock Transfer, Inc., an unknown business entity; and DOES 1 through 50 inclusive. The following complaints were filed: (1) Breach of Employment Contract; (2) Breach of Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealings; (3) Breach of Public Policy; (4) Violation of Labor Code Section 201 et. seq.; (5) Conversion of Personal Property; (6) Conversion of Personal Property; (7) Fraud; (8) Conversion of Stock Certificates; (9) Defamation; (10) Breach of Fiduciary Duty; (11) Professional Negligence; (12) Preliminary Injunction; and (13) Declaratory Relief.
Donna Anderson is currently President of Blue Sage Entertainment, Inc. a Subsidiary of Definition, Ltd., and John Anderson is a consultant for Blue Sage Entertainment, Inc. Definition, Ltd. is not a party to this lawsuit and categorically denies all information being circulated by Media Concepts, Inc. in their press release.
