Dave: Pete raises some interesting points about the Mill deteriorating if you don't re-open it soon. What state is the Mill in? Did you get all of the overhaul finished, i.e. new grinding surfaces installed, etc.? Did the ore stockpile get replenished? On the agreement with MAC, doesn't it have a clause that MAC loses its rights if it defaults on payment/contribution? All legal agreements have a clause along those lines, i.e. mortgages have a power-of-sale clause. Can't you simply offer MAC's share to another, and act as if MAC no longer existed? You could take MAC to court for lack of fulfillment of its obligations, but why bother. That just seems a side show to the bigger picture, i.e. to get the Mill back on its feet by bringing in a new partner. Or, as Pete or somebody else put in a recent post, why don't you just carry on as if MGR now owns 100% of the Mill, advertise that fact, and offer new shares on that basis. Seems to me it was the lack of certainty about MAC's position/contribution that has held some investors back.
