Hi Al. You've been gone for awhile. That probably explains your lapse. The politically correct term for someone watching CNBC our age, according to Arnie, is not as you write "Old Fogey" but rather "geezer". At least I think that is it, but since you both live in California, I'm wondering whether the term Arnie also iterated, geezerette, is monoinclusive, that is we are a pair of geezerettes, which I hope is not a pojorative but which sure is confusing as one is entering their second childhood and trying to adapt to these california neoisms. My SI spellchecker is having some problems, think I'll call my old language professor General Haig. |
