Doing some DD on Sterling reveals a company that started with virtually nothing last year (about $500K cash) and has been making "acquisitions" since then by printing stock. Its very active in this aquisition phase but its flooded the market with stock of questionable value (recently $.25/share). Number of shares outstanding is unknown. Most of this info came from a search on EXITE using co. name. Also try sec.yahoo.com

You will not see cash for your CFH shares from this company only paper of questionable value. I will be curious to see how CFH management characterises this offer. Hopefully they will keep shareholder interests in mind but I have to think that Sterling will try to cut a deal with mgt that's very attractive for them.

As you can see I'm a skeptic. Carmelita has some good property with value. Let's not get taken out for peanuts.
