There are no funds that do it. Because it would be non diversified and mutual funds by nature are diversified pools. You do it on your own. Watch out. BAcktesting can be wonderful until you try it in reality and for some reason it usually fails. My guess is that the dogs of the dow theory will quit working soon since so many people are now doing it.
