Probably more expense then you think. The way I understood it they need computer network equipment, modems, servers etc. They want to be able to service all that can gamble. They don't want to be like AOL and have people frustrated with not getting into the site. So money is to ramp up on hardware support. After reading other threads that are active, this thread is not very active at all.
