There is nothing unusual in the way INFO stock has reacted to the news of the AOL partnership agreement. You might look at the way BNYN reacted to a similar agreement with AOL back in November '96 as a further example. The reaction to news of this type is typically sharp, immediate, and overblown. It is not until much later, as eyeballs are audited and revenues soar, that sustained buying may start to appear.

In spite of some favorable press recently, INFO is still losing money, most institutions cannot touch the stock because of its low share price and illiquidity, and the CEO and founder, Weinberger, recently resigned.

I don't mean to discourage any bulls, but you are just going to have to be patient. You may get another chance to buy shares in the $3 to $4 region.
