The stock seems to be responding in a more lackluster fashion to news these days; since the bounce to 9.125 in mid Sep, it has been in a down trend (lower highs and lower lows) regardless of the news. Apparently it will now need to prove itself with sales and earnings before we see substantially higher prices (unless a brokerage picks up coverage with a buy).
