Another possible reason to own FORTY rather than its subsidiaries is the relationship between the public and private sector members of the group. It is worth noting that FORTY owns two non-public companies (ESI at 60% and Malchi at 40%) that are in the artificial intelligence business. CRYSF uses an automated tool approach in its Y2K solution, and, presumably, Euro conversion. Now, this is pure speculation on my part, but it certainly seems reasonable to assume that money may be (or will be) flowing from CRYSF (and perhaps others in the group) to one or more of these unlisted entities. While I have not seen the term artificial intelligence applied to CRYSF's tools, it is definitely a component of another automated Y2K vendor: ALYD.

I'm not trying to hype anything here, and as I said this is pure speculation as I'm not going to call Israel to find out. It just may be one reason to opt for the FORTY parent over it's publicly held children.
