Hello all,

This little stock has just been brought to my attention. All the words sound fantastic, but I have a couple of questions.

First, does this company report earnings?? I can't find a 10-K, and I can't find anything about what their operations were for 1997!

Second, is it at all possible that some other company can copy MCAR's proprietary solution?

I think this stock sounds like it has excellent potential, but I need some more information to invest. Quick replies would be greatly appreciated.
