Finally!!!!!!---well said! Gee, a network of waste mgt. companies from Vermont to PA!!!!!!!??? That's pretty aggressive---at least ambitious, but where, exactly ,is the cutting edge of plans to deal with NYC's Y2M deadline to close Freshkill Landfill on Staten Island?-----maybe WSI? If they do have their heads on straight, they could be in line to siphon off "our" part of a long stream of "gunky" gold--- NYC garbage, that is. Go WSI!!!
