Jay great sentiment indicator, slow thread means buying opportunity, busy thread means time to take profits. POG still hasn't broken out of it's indecision pattern, I expect that to happen in May when the EU comes out with their percent gold backing. I think some of the CBers have been playing games with us. The Europeans had a rich tradition in monetary policy and know deeply the value of gold as a backing for currency. I don't have the link, but on the Gold-Eagle site (not this company) there is a story about the countries who have sold the gold reserves and how each one has seen their currency devalue.
