i want you you to know that the ceo of iecs was alan chapple for the three years of iecs"s harsh period. TRue, Walter and gerrard were a part of the company but alan called the shots. Then walter had to clean up the mess that was left by alan,Gary walker and friends. I know walter has struggled to clean things up and after 1 and a half years has eliminated all prblems and brought in a world class ceo for the rop division. I think all share holders alike should finally tip there hats to walter because during the hard times he did not draw a salary for over 1 year as his dedication was to the company. I personally thank him for that master
