Thanks for that link James, and the man on the street is still convinced that gold is such a terrible investment. How nice of them to keep it down, while we scrape every penny together to get completely in 100% gold and gold mining stocks. digisys.net The dollar chart has a very interesting dynamic going on. If you notice we have made a double top, which is bearish, BUT we also are in an indecision pattern ASCENDING triangle, which is bullish (normally the pattern resolves itself in a continuation of the trend) Right now we are sitting on the bottom of the triangle. My guess is that we will break thru the bottom of the triangle and get a bear trap (just like the XAU did last Thursday and Friday), and will give gold another boost. After this we should get oversold on the dollar and get a fast bounce and break out of the top of the triangle for a bull trap that will feed the equity market blow-off top that I'm expecting, which will send gold back down for one more trip to a final bottom.
