Maybe Carl Johnson fears threat that Komatsu will sue as soon as Cymer is big and fat. It may not worry CJ, but it worries me. It is the one HUGE potential problem that I see. And all those Cymer patents that were too costly to pursue in Japan is another concern. Would like to know more of what Cymer is doing to nip this disaster in the bud. char govar
