One other thing I learned at the conference yesterday. At least one of the people bad-mouthing PYNG on this thread is a known, ex-employee of PYNG who did not leave the firm voluntarily. (Wonder what his/her
motivation really is?)

Mr. Jacobs may want to consider pursuing a law suit if untrue or slanderous things are posted here about the company or its products.
A similar situation developed on the DCTC thread and the president of the company, Joe Murphy, turned his attornies loose on the person. It was absolutely no problem finding out who the poster really was. Not only were they kicked off SI, but they were sued and found guilty of liable. Don't know what it ended up costing them. The point is, that while this is a free and open forum, the same rules of slander and liable apply. So WATCH IT!!!! George E.
