Maybe, we could invite Jeffrey Rinde to join us on SI. Or at the least the PR firm should speak up as they participate on this thread. we should be able to get some definite answers regarding the possibility of the dilution of the stock. As I recall the downside started occurring when the proxy went out mentioning the addition of 10M shares! It seems to me that a lot of people and possibly institutions started jumping Ship on this announcement..
