I sure agree with trying to minimize the impact on Jack Arnold's precious and divided time. He's doing some pretty amazing stuff given that he has a "day job". It is good to have you back. We were missing a decidedly upbeat tone in your absence. To whomever might take on the single point of contact job: when you're able to capture Jack's responses as quotes, it's very helpful. I'm sure Jack has to be fairly careful what he says, how much he says, and how he says it for legal reasons. So hearing the quotes probably gives us as much real information as we're going to get.
