I called the number and Sanford said there are "a little over 56 million shares issued." Also, a company could get listed on the BB for under $500,000, according to my sources. They still owe a lot of money. Even with write-offs, this is no bargain. Just my opinion.

P.S. And Waffle House, get real! (I know that was Jimmy, not you.)
