Just because you want someone to respond in the manner you want doesn't mean they have to respond. This is not a court of law, and Ken is not on the witness stand. If you profess to already know his techniques and dismiss them as worthless, then what is your point? Ken has taught many valuable lessons about trading. You have done nothing except complain.
