I am glad there are serious investors in Metromedia. There is so much trading that goes on the posts get lopsided. That's why I decided to bite the bullet and join SI...in general the people who post genuinely have an interest in the company (not that we wouldn't all
like to make a buck). I'm in a different position because bought in at $9+ last spring, hoping the stock didn't have much downside left. I think the Berlin radio station is crucial to their plans. I'm not politically sophisticated, but it occurs to me that "public" radio in
Berlin means the opposite of what it means in this country..ie, "not government controlled" or supported through advertising revenue. Does anyone know for sure? If that's the case, and they control the ONLY public radio in Berlin, that HAS to be profitable. Maybe we need to make a field trip to Berlin!
