I happen to disagree with you on several points. The listing and some form of public relations are needed to boost the price of the stock. There is no way Joe can sell the company for his price until he completes at least 5 more acquisitions. To make DCI attractive to a large company our revenues must be near the $100 million range. The lower our stock price the more shares Joe must issue to the acquiring companys. The more shares outstanding the more difficult it will be for Joe to get his asking price. Why do you think he started a buy back program? IMO the price of the stock is a very important part of his current negotiations.

Best Regards
