Penni -- In the same vein, I am being forced to sell my Honda Accord, a 1989 family icon that has seen everything, done same and is very deep in my affections. We are now a 4-car family (van, wife's company car, wife's ex-company car, which we purchased at a great price, and said Hondoo). I will miss it terribly. It has never given a speck of trouble, even on those miserably cold Wisconsin mornings when the wind chill is -30 something and all truly sane people are calling in to say "No way in HELL am I venturing forth today!" But since we still have young children who need to be separated from time to time, and a dog who loves to travel, and not enough money for airplane tickets for 5, we will retain the van and my beloved Hondoo will be yet another repository of fond memories. Alas! for the vehicles of my vanishing youth! <sob>
