I am very surprised to see CEXP below 10.00. You can buy stock here and tender at 10.00 and receive approximately 3%. Not too bad for one month time period. Do you think there is doubt that the company won't be able to get financing for their dutch auction. By the way are you familiar with US Office Products tender offer (OFIS). Do you have any thoughts on their restructuring?
