Basically, Manny, Ms. Altman told me that there were 2 corporate partnerships that were currenly being negotiated and that she was very confident both would be consummated. Her comment that it 'could be 2 weeks, it could be 10 weeks' I think meant that perhaps one deal will be done sooner, say in the next 2 weeks, and that the other one will take longer (10 weeks). I don't think the lack of an announcement means investors will sell their stock because it's really an "any day now" thing. We KNOW good news is coming, but we don't know when. The only folks who are hurt by the delay are those who invested in options and need the news sooner rather than later.
