One shouldn't really compare stock prices (TMAR and HMAR).

Relative to P/E they are almost identical. TMAR has better short term earnings growth. Long term growth the two are about the same.

I think TMAR is looking technically better as the price is now over the 50DMA.

I have a big position in TMAR, a smaller one in HMAR. Both are good companies (Also have a MF of oil services - too many stocks to chose from!).
