per the conference call - feb 8.98 - the Western Roscolite Zone (WRZ) is an open pit target since mineralization goes from surface to 150M depth. The stepouts - 350M away - have been hits. A resource calc from a 3rd party is expected in couple of months. There are a couple of other zones of interest - Water Zone, Western Zone, Central Zone and a NEW ZOne?

For a reference - look at the Porgera site (only add water since MNP has some and PDG has had a problem getting it) and I think that their annual shows a pit and underground mining.
